Terms and conditions

The basis on which we quote, supply and collect.

These terms cover use of this website and the general basis of our commercial dealings. The Pallet King is a trading name of Palletmove Limited. Company number 10370260. VAT number 252 4305 34. Registered office: 21/23 East Street, Fareham, England, PO16 0BZ.

Quotations and orders

  • Quotations are given against the specification, quantity, postcode and date supplied by you.
  • The working minimum supply order is 30 pallets. Smaller quantities may be considered where a delivery route already suits.
  • Availability of a specific size, grade or treatment depends on current stock and is confirmed at order stage, not guaranteed by the website.
  • Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery and collection

  • All delivery and collection timings are confirmed with operations against current stock, route and vehicle availability.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate site access information, including height restrictions, gate widths, timed windows and available loading equipment.
  • Where access information proves inaccurate and a vehicle cannot be unloaded or loaded, an abortive visit charge may apply.

Export and treatment

Not all stock is ISPM15 treated, and certification requirements differ by destination. We confirm what is genuinely available for your consignment. An ISPM15 mark is not a blanket answer to every packaging obligation in a destination market, and it remains your responsibility to confirm the requirements applicable to your shipment.

Pooled pallets and waste

Pooled or painted pallets (including CHEP, LPR and IPP) normally remain the property of the pool operator. We do not buy or sell them and they may need to be returned to their owner. Where pallets are handled as waste, movements are carried out under registration CBDU152029 (upper-tier carrier, broker and dealer), with waste transfer documentation issued where applicable.
