What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, quote request or collection form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, telephone number and the operational information relevant to your enquiry (pallet type, quantity, postcodes, dates, site access notes and any message).

Why we use it

• To arrange deliveries, collections and clearances
• To keep records of transactions and waste movements where required by law
• To improve the accuracy and speed of our commercial responses
